A new report has found that if social inclusion can be better harnessed, it could amount to a $12.7 billion annual boost to the Australian economy.

To celebrate the launch of the 60th Anniversary of the Australian of the Year Awards in 2020, Auspire – Australia Day Council WA will host an Inspiring Australians Celebrating 60 Years event, featuring Ms Ita Buttrose, AC OBE.

The Fathering Project’s vision is for every child in Australia to have an effective father figure. Since its inception and more recently since Prof Robinson’s was put into the spotlight as WA’s 2014 Australian of the Year, the program has gone from strength to strength, expanding across Australia and to six different countries with incredible results.

Mr F. Mallard, Yamatji man, was awarded the WA 2019 Senior Citizen of the Year for his long awaited recognition as an army veteran and his advocacy work to obtain recognition for his service.

Aboriginal Cultural Awareness and Knowledge training is a new initiative now being offered by Auspire and directly supports its strategy to build social and cultural inclusion so that all Australians feel a deeper sense of belonging
