Merchandise Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.

We will provide you with a choice of either a refund or an exchange where an item:

  1. has been incorrectly described in a listing;
  2. fails to be of an acceptable quality;
  3. is defective or damaged; or
  4. is different to the item you ordered.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind”.

You have ​15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

We will ensure that we pack your order with the greatest of care but in the circumstance of your order arriving in a damaged state, please contact Auspire immediately [email protected] to discuss replacement of goods.

Shipping the returned item
To return your product, contact Auspire via email [email protected] and advise you will be seeking a refund/or exchange and the reason for the refund/exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.

Please also take into account that our office days are Monday-Thursday.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within two (2) business days.

If we have a concern with your returned product, we will contact you to discuss.

Your refund/credit receipt will also depend on your financial institution’s policies.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after seven (7) business days contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is processed by your bank or financial institution.
