Mentor opportunity within Leadership and Governance Program
The Office of Multicultural Interests (OMI) is seeking leaders who are suitably skilled and experienced to apply to mentor participants of the 2025 Leadership and Governance Program.
The Leadership and Governance Program provides training and support to professionals from culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) backgrounds to apply for and become members of relevant boards and committees across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
With the 2025 program approaching completion, the next step will see dedicated mentors guide them in their endeavours to step up to reside on boards and committees, within a 12-month period including at least one support meeting.
Successful mentors receive training to familiarise themselves with the program, with a Mentors Training and Orientation session scheduled for Saturday 30 August 2025.
