It’s going to be a big year for elections in WA
In 2025, Western Australians will have the opportunity to participate in the WA State Election on 8 March. It is important to understand your democratic right to vote and how to make your vote count.
To ensure that every citizen is informed and confident about the voting process, Auspire – Australia Day Council WA, in strategic partnership with the WA Electoral Commission (WAEC) Education Office, is pleased to advise the WAEC will be offering Community Electoral Education Workshops in 2025, in the leadup to the State General Election on 8 March. These sessions are fun, interactive and aim to give participants the knowledge and confidence they need to vote and exercise their democratic rights effectively. - How to Enrol: Check that your voter enrolment is current and accurate.
