Culturally Diverse Community Leadership Program Seeking Participants

The Office of Multicultural Interests is again about to launch its Leadership and Governance Program. The purpose of the program is to encourage greater representation on public, private and not-for-profit sector boards and committees.

The program has been structured so that participants can become equipped with the knowledge and skills to enable them to apply for and participate on relevant boards and committees.

The program begins on 15 September 2018 includes two days of training, a half-day orientation and a 12-month mentoring program.

Members of culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) communities who wish to lodge an expressions of interest are encouraged to do so before at 5.00pm on Friday 31 August. A fee of $50 will apply to successful applicants.
