Auspire welcomes Cema Santos as Multicultural Advisor

  • 1 September 2023

Auspire is delighted to announce that mentor and counsellor, Cema Santos, has been appointed to join Auspire’s Multicultural Advisory Group.

For more than 20 years, Cema has advised and guided newcomers in Australia to build their networks, cultural awareness and understanding of employment processes, in order to help them lead a successful career journey.

In 2016, she founded the Immigrant Business Networking Association, and in early 2018, she and her business partner brought MBex, the first multicultural business exhibition, to Western Australia. Later that year, she helped to lead and grow the Kaleidoscope Mentoring Program. She has since founded Life Career Roadmap for Newcomers, to support personal and professional development.

In 2022, Cema was a participant in Auspire’s inaugural Multicultural Leadership Program.

“Reflecting on my leadership journey, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of embracing different perspectives and backgrounds,” said Cema. “The path to progress lies in recognising the unique strengths that each individual brings to the table, and diversity enriches our experiences and fuels innovation and growth. This new chapter as Auspire Multicultural Advisor signifies my driven commitment to nurturing an environment where every voice is heard, understood and celebrated. Together, we are embracing a future where every culture weaves the story of our success.”
