Auspire announces 16 multicultural participants of 2025 Leadership Program

  • 23 January 2025

The participants who will be taking part in Auspire’s highly regarded Leadership Program in 2025 have been announced.

Each of the 16 individuals has a culturally and linguistically diverse background (CaLD), as well as professional backgrounds in a variety of fields including finance, engineering, youth work and the arts, alongside community involvement.

The 2025 Leadership Program, produced in partnership with the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries Office of Multicultural Interests to provide scholarship placements to CaLD people, officially kicked off at Auspire’s Australia Day Launch on Tuesday 21 January, providing the cohort with the opportunity to meet in person for the first time.

Neha Shinghal, Manager Community Programs at Auspire, is facilitating the Leadership Program and welcomed participants on the start of their journey.

“I am delighted to introduce the 16 participants of the 2025 Leadership Program, and can’t wait to assist them on their leadership journeys with amazing opportunities to meet and hear from Auspire’s network of Inspiring Australians and participate in our capacity-building workshops.”

The 2025 Leadership Program will see participants engage in round tables, workshops and networking opportunities throughout the year.
