The Platform presents social impact series: Supercharge.

The first session in the series will focus on ‘Organisational purpose: the answer or the latest corporate fad?’ It will explore the lessons that corporates can learn from the community sector on authentically framing and orienting around a clear purpose, and what ingredients seem to be necessary for an expression of purpose to generate better performance, effective teams and a safe workplace.

The Speakers

This session will be facilitated by Purpose Studio members, Mal Cooke and Heidi Rawson, directors of Neometric.

Mal and Heidi combine their legal, employment relations and governance expertise in supporting organisations to achieve their objectives. They work with Boards and Executive Teams to clarify their roles and priorities and to strengthen the relational architecture that is essential for sustainable and effective impact.
