Since 1975, NAIDOC Week has been held every year to celebrate and elevate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices, culture and resilience. The 2025 theme ‘The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy’ honours the achievements of the past and the empowerment of young leaders.

Communities, businesses, schools and local governments are all encouraged to acknowledge and celebrate NAIDOC Week.
