Microsoft Code; Without Barriers is an initiative that links women, developer community partners and CWB customers committing to diversity and inclusion. The initiative provides a holistic platform for skilling, mentorship, hackathon, and community engagements. CWB community activities provide women developers, students and entrepreneurs access to network, skill, get mentored and find opportunities to thrive in safe spaces.

The speaker line-up for the first of these events in Australia will include WA 2024 Young Australian of the Year and She Codes Australia founder, Kate Kirwin. She will be joined by Sheree Pudney, Girls Programming Network WA Lead, and Kay Hargreaves, Co-Chair of Women in Technology WA.
