WA Australian of the Year for 2023, Professor Samar Aoun, will be speaking at an International Women’s Day Breakfast, hosted by the South West Development Commission in Bunbury.

During a morning of celebrating the achievements of local women, Samar will be discussing her work in palliative care and compassionate communities, for which she was recognised as the 2023 WA Australian of the Year.

Also speaking at the event will be Michelle Moriarty, 2023 AgriFutures WA Rural Women’s Award finalist.
