Fundraising efforts expand with Auspire’s new Charity status

As a result of its recently achieved Tax Concessional Charity status Auspire has commenced exploring various fundraising initiatives to support its social and cultural inclusion programs.

Already selling Aussie branded merchandise and a wonderful indigenous-designs giftware range, Auspire is now also offering the highly sought-after Entertainment™ Book for sale. The Entertainment™ Book comes in a choice of Hard-copy and Digital versions, and membership provides access to hundreds of valuable restaurant and entertainment offers as well as great discounts on tours, cultural events and shows.

The idea behind Entertainment™ Book as a fundraiser for Auspire, came when the Auspire team was brainstorming simple ways it might raise funds, whilst at the same time inspire social inclusion, encourage community participation and support community cohesion, which are all core goals of its purpose.

“We really like the idea behind the Entertainment™ Book in that it encourages people on any budget to explore, experience and support their local community for less,” explains CEO Morgen Lewis. “and with 20% of the proceeds flowing back to Auspire, this is a great way to raise funds.”

The Entertainment™ Book is a local eating, cultural and community activity guide which provides hundreds of up to 50% off and 2-for-1 offers from the finest restaurants, cafes, attractions, activities, retailers and hotel accommodation.

With Christmas just around the corner it’s a great gift idea at a relatively low cost of $70. Plus, when you buy The Entertainment™ Book from Auspire, you are supporting our capacity building programs and events that promote and encourage active citizenship, inclusion and social cohesion, which ultimately will make our communities stronger and more resilient.

The Entertainment™ Book is purchased as a membership and can be renewed through Auspire annually.  For more information or to order your digital or hard copy click here.
