Auspire announces support of OMI Leadership and Governance Program
Auspire is proud to support the Office of Multicultural Interests’ (OMI) Leadership and Governance Program, which seeks to encourage greater representation of people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds on public, not-for-profit and private sector boards and committees.
The professional development program, which has been running since 2015, targets leaders from various professional backgrounds who are interested in developing their governance experience and will encourage them, through mentoring and guidance, to secure roles on boards or committees.
OMI is now seeking leaders and professionals with board experience who are willing to share their knowledge and experience and give guidance.
The program comprises 3 components – a 5-day governance training program, a 12-month mentoring program, and an alumni event to mark the graduation ceremony at the end of the program.
For those interested in becoming a mentor, OMI is hosting an orientation session on Saturday 11th September, 9am–12pm, with an online session to be announced. To attend and receive more information, contact Bernadette Masbayi on 6552 1608 or email [email protected].
